Graphic Design Brief

I want a graphic to use on t-shirts and other apparel that needs to be drawn up from just a visual description. The idea is for a college football rivalry and it would be a cartoon depiction of the Montana State Bobcat's Mascot "Champ" standing tall facing the world, both arms raised, one hand pointing up with fingers as number one and the other hand with a Montana State Foam Finger pointing up. On the forefront there would be a University of Montana Grizzlies cheerleader with her back to the world, on her knees, hair in pigtails, pom poms laying on the ground in the appearance that she is orally pleasuring champ the mascot.
