Logo Design Brief

EGA Marine is marine service and sales company. We are a Mercury Marine Dealer and Service Center and work closely with the Freedom Boat Club to maintain and service their fleet of boats. Google the mentioned companies to better understand the who we work with and what we do. We are in need of a new logo that is simplified so that it will be reproducible on marketing materials, t-shirts, etc. "EGA" stands for Eagle, Globe, and Anchor, and the inspiration for the acronym as well as the colors used is directly from the US Military, United States Marine Corps. This is the inspiration of our logo and would like to refine what we currently have to be more sleek, modern, and friendly to embroidery, screen printing, and other print mediums. We want it bold but also not overbearing. Looks great on a business carb but subtle enough that it fits in well on a Polo shirt or t-shirt.

The concept could be two styles, one as a business logo the other a more subtle "Text Only" style for shirts and smaller print applications where a full logo would be too much. We have attached our old logo for reference.
