Can you upload the content for the design & also may I ask what's the IPS screen area for? need any design to it?

I've uploaded the logo and several possible images, although I'm open to any suitable images. The Front cover is just design, logo and a sub heading "Audio Visual Proposal"
The inside content I haven't finished body copy for yet.

The screen will show some highlight clips and testimonial videos. The screen area I'm thinking will look best just black with maybe the 2 1/2 x circles from our logo on the corner surrounding it (similar to the front cover example PDF I attached)
