- (Integrity-Experience-Knowledge) logo bottom mention this line?

Thanks for the designs submitted so far. A couple of points that are key.

The words Scope Strata should be included to emphasis both words rather than the dominate word being just Scope. Also I would like to have something in the logo that indicates what we do - that is the management of buildings ( both commercial and residential). Even if the reference to a building/s is subtle. For us the logo should not be too busy or heavy. Hopefully that makes sense. If I eliminate your design I will try and give feedback on why and happy if you do wish to resubmit on that feedback. Your effort is appreciated.

Also very happy for designers to do something different on a logo rather than tweak what is already there.

Integrity knowledge and experience does not have to be incorporated into the design but I will leave that to you to decide.

Thanks for the creative designs. Just some feedback based on some submissions. The company is based in Auckland NZ. There are some key buildings in the cbd of the city (Vero building/Metropolis/Skytower/Pacifica) which dominate the skyline. If you are looking for a specific building shape/s to include these outlines would be better than for example the NY Empire State Building that someone included in their design submission.
