Hello designers, we were not aware that placing stars inside our project affected a designer's positive rating on their profile. We are using it to help us show other members in our organization what our first impressions are, then gave some feedback to the designers. It's to help us keep track.
We also see that once you place a rank on them you can't remove it, only adjust it. We appreciated all the submissions so far and we know a positive rating is helpful to a designer so once we choose the best designs, we will go back and adjust the stars based on the level of professionalism the designer was with us in the design process.
