T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a new crew t-shirt. We staff big venues and do a ton of video work. Most of our work is production work so setting up lights, audio, pa, backline, video, and video walls. The final design should be a clean design to communicate what we do. Please see attached photo of something we really like.
