Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company, Brenek Marine Agencies, and have attached an example. We would like to see a few options to what you think might look better or more modern. We would like to have the compass outline and anchor in navy and then then circle and business name in silver. Brenek should take up the top half and then Marine Agencies in the bottom half (smaller font would be needed). Please send in all CAPS and the lower case too so we can compare. We do not want the established date. Would be open for various ideas that include the compass and anchor similar to the attached photo. Also open to including the company name in various ways
