Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for "Northbound Financial Services", a financial services company in Wisconsin. Northbound Financial believes wealth equals money plus generosity. Northbound helps clients make smart money decisions over the course of their JOURNEY. Northbound's sister company is a tax company called Lake Runner Tax Services which incorporates the logo of a rabbit. I am very much FOR using the same rabbit as part of the logo but open to other ideas. Northbound also refers to the Appalachian Trail journey I have begun which started in Georgia, US and heads NORTHBOUND to Maine. "Bound" refers to the rabbit's movement. I envision a compass as part of the logo. Also, perhaps the impression of mountains. NORTH is often depicted as the direction of morality. My logo should evoke the idea of a client's JOURNEY. I prefer classic over modern design.
