Logo Design Brief

We are needing a logo design for a new pizza & ice cream restaurant called "Stoned at Jake's". The founders name is Jake and he makes the pizza in a stone oven and the ice cream is made on a cold stone, hence the name. We would like to see designs very similar to the attached 'ice cream man' but more specifically we like the following features in that design: beard, male, hat, name across the center. We would like to see designs that use the colors blue and orange (suggested: Carolina blue & neon orange). The final design should communicate a fun pizza & ice cream experience with Jake.
