Web Design Brief

We would like to have our website designed and coded. It will be a display only website - no input or output functionality. It's a fairly simple structure with not many pages, but we would like some professional design and creative elements added in to make the site attractive and sharp. I have attached a presentation with the page and content layout. Where images are included in the presentation, those are concepts that you can reorganize or layout in any way that you think looks best. Same with the wheel of services on the incubator page, and the bullet points listed on the accelerator page.
