Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that is BRAND BUILDING, versatile for the various clients/customer segments, crisp.
This is for a Realtor/ Real Estate Agency, doing things vastly different and blazing new path in the industry.
I am drawn to a few colors, which I only know to explain as; metallic defused electric green, industrial charcoal grey, a crisp (I know I am using that word too much) silver. The green is the focal color BUT not in volume in the print just in, emphasis, if that makes sense.
Need this to work with white or black background, and in PNG settings with who-knows-what in background.
The co name is The REI Realtor. REI stands for Real Estate Investment, emphasis on INVESTMENT. What we do is ground breaking, in REI segment but also Real Estate in general, would be too long to explain but in short, bring powerful legitimacy, expertise, high level accountability and licensure to things.
Our primary segment is RE investors BUT also work retail for owner occupants and with that we market that a persons home IS there biggest investment, and need be viewed as an investment, because it is. We bring financial expertise for the average person, exceptionally rare.

Again, I want this to be a BRAND, and can grow and gain traction as such. A symbol would be ideal.
DONT want anything "typical", NO! I want UNIQUE, engaging, conveying. I want persons to see it and get a sense of Money, trust, safety, high level expertise. Think of it this way, noting McDonalds screams quality, and they don't try to be, but the high end resteraunts, you can just see there front and know it's $$$$ to eat there. This must convey GOOD MONEY MANAGEMENT, that we will sell a home for more, get them an intelligent buy, give informed intelligent direction, not just any old realtors, we are not even SPeacial Forces of Realtors, we are the DELTA Force of Realtors, the Special Forces OF Special Forces.
