Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for myself personally as the "Johann Santcross" brand.
The initials JS are welcome to merge into one another or to be played with. In general, it should stay very clean and minimalistic.
The logo is registered as a brand and used for me as a catering chef and rental chef. It is also used to produce and sell food, cooking and kitchen utensils under our own brand
