Logo Design Brief

Longevity Penguin (https://longevitypenguin.com/) is a health and fitness blog and website based in Toronto, Canada. We write blogs, make wallpapers, and provide fitness and motivational content. Our Instagram is (https://www.instagram.com/longevity_penguin/?hl=en). I need a logo to go on tee-shirts, my website and a simplified logo like 'lp' to act as a watermark/favicon on all other content. In the logo, I'm looking for it to include a modern penguin, black orange and white are the theme colours. I'd like the simplified logo to be similar to the one below 'lp'.
