Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a professional services IT Consultancy firm located in Australia. As a company we strive to provide tailored solutions to complex and difficult problems. All designs are to look clear and effective on white backgrounds but we would also like the inverse to be able to use it on black backgrounds if needed. In terms of logo colours we like Monochrome, Greyscale, Black and White.
For font style we like strong, bold and straight forward text. If any symbol or shapes are included they should be clean, simple, strong, effective. If some curves could be incorporated that would be good. ‘626’ as the main title and ‘Solutions’ as the secondary slogan level title. Thanks
