Web Design Brief

We need our website to be designed. We are a start-up HR consulting/executive search firm and have used the standard google sites template to build out the early website but are now looking to create something more sleek and professionally designed. We would like to include designs for our website, email signatures (also hosted by Gmail - attached sample) and logo. Our current website address is unlockedpotential.io but its very basic. We'll likely keep similar descriptions of our services/clients but want to redesign the entire site.
