Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a mid-high end Japanese charcoal grill restaurant. The restaurant name is 'Hibachi' which is a type of charcoal grill that is now becoming popular overseas. The restaurant will focus on mainly selling wagyu beef and kurobuta pork. We will be selling our own brands meat (www.blackorigin.co.nz). We would like to see designs that use red and black (grays and whites are fine too).
