Yes, I'm available to provide feedback & answer questions. grid / bootstrap are nice to haves, ensuring that final design would be quicker to be implemented. Finial framework to be used is flexible. Coding will be done as a separate project.

We wish to combine current pages into one. Resulting site should have information from each of the old pages. Some larger forms (such as census from group health page) can be hidden behind a call to action.

I will update if you like the design, I put some dummy text too. I also work on html and css, so I design it from the development purpose like all are different sections and be easily put in any framework. I use HTML5 and CSS3
