Logo Design Brief
Logo can be used by multiple real estate businesses to promote the product known as "The Smart Sale". The smart sale is a type of sale (like an auction, or a tender) and agencies that use The Smart Sale will be able to use this logo in their marketing and promotional material. It should be a relatively simple logo. Colour scheme is secondary as it may be adapted depending upon the business.
This method of sale however is not an auction. As such we do not want to incorporate the use of an auction gavel/hammer in the design. Also please stay away from the use of “SS”.
Updates
In my original brief I offered the suggestion of the use of a lightbulb. I would prefer submissions made moving forward don't use a lightbulb. Keen to see what designers come up with on their own. Still wanting a logo that represents "The Smart Sale" but I'll leave for you how to execute this. Thank you
