Thank you for your design. Overall I like it!

I do have a few questions and comments:

1: I havent decided what color shirt I am going to put this on. Are the colors changeable once I get it or do I have to pick colors now?
2: regarding colors: I would want to see a darker blue. I like the gold, but i am not sure how easy it is going to be to match that to a hat or close. what do you think?
3: on the R in the center of the shield, i think it might be cool to do it in more of a gothic font? What do you think?
4: would you change the font of the name spelled out? Maybe gothic as well. but up to you
5: see picture three I uploaded. I like the ribbon below. Is there a way to add that and put Riesman in that. I also like the leafing out the outside of the crest. If you add that does it make it to busy?
6: see picture 2: also like this ribbon on the bottom then potentially with Riesman in that?

Overall your design is by far the best out of the five i have received and only one i am even going bac to as of now so by far in the lead. I like it a lot and think we can finalie this tomorrow. Any other ideas i am open to. All my comments above are ideas/suggestions, but at the end of the day you are the designer and know better them me.

also if i do move forward how long until the logo is delivered to me?
