Yes i can, are you able to provide all i need? For me the most important is to be able to use the files to print and produce the package.

Hi, it's great that you already put a SketchUp file.

My concern is on the material of the insert, but before that let me ask on this :

i) The astronaut, is it inside a solid glass?
ii) The box will structure may need support (i.e polystyrene as I noticed this is an art frame- but this is usually under manufacturer's provision, should I submit, can we exclude the polystyrene/support structure? We'll just focus on the inserts.
iii) I notice the scale of the astronaut vs the art is a huge difference. Are you expecting 1 or 2 layers of packaging design?
iv) The video seems to be using rigid box material, on your assets it doesn't seem to be cost-effective if we are using rigid box, especially on the scale of 400mm x 500mm. Are you open to other types of material? This will affect the cut of the insert too

I had the basic structure in my mind, but this question is just in case so we don't go in the wrong direction.

Hi Exoddinary.

1) The astronaut is inside a plastic container, we have different figurine going in so the plastic container is sized to accomodate the largest one.

2)Overall the weight of the item is quite low, as well i will package this box in a cardboard box with some padding inside. Similar to the video link i shared. Ideally i would like to have the artwork presented nicely when opening the box, the artwork will be wrapped inside a 1mm epe foam. Optionally i have available 2cm epe foam corners to insert at the 4 corners of the frame but i would prefer not to as the foam isn't that pretty. As for the support i have to admit i am not sur about it, this is quite new to me.

3)I leave that to the designer, the most cost effective vs fancy looking vs easy to produce. Just keep in mind that there is 3 items, the figurine container, the canvas, the certificate. Maybe opening the box and seeing all of the items layed out in front of you is the most pleasing. But again i leave that to the designer.

4)I am open to other materials as long as i am able to have it fabricated. This is the first time i am releasing this type of product and my knowledge is quite limited in terms of materials and ability to fabricate the design produce, so i trust that your work and files provided will be what my producer needs to deliver the final product.

As per SD-Designs request and because i feel confident you can deliver what i need i will make this guaranteed.
