Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo in general. The logo would be used on beer glasses, beer cases, menus, documents, and possibly on beer bottles. The name of the company is Flying Snake. We operate in China and would want the Chinese 精酿啤酒 in the logo also. This translates to Craft Beer. If you could incorporate some Akha Ethnic Group patterns into the design such as on the skin of the flying snake, that would be great, but not necessary. I would like to have a snake with wings, although don't make it too menacing. Some Chinese are afraid of snakes, so make the snake more coy and sophisticated. (see what we did in uploaded front door designs.) If the design could communicate fine craftsmanship along with colorful tropical feelings, that would also be great. I have uploaded three designs for our front sign. No need to feel confined to this. And a sample of Akha textile patterns. There are many other Akha textile images on the Internet.
