I want a basic website for abacuscostservices.com
I have the domain, but no website. I am attaching a copy of my letterhead and logo. The website should be easy to add blog items and perhaps other documents for clients to access and learn about the project that I am working on for them. Our work is based on an annual study for 53 North Dakota Clients. Adding something related or referring to North Dakota would be great (image of the state, or a map of ND and Counties) I have included a map of the ND counties colored by their regions. Our work involves requesting data from the clients and creating an annual report for them. If there was a way to store files on the web site, but then we would need login and that is probably much more complicated that I want. (THE MAIN PURPOSE: Basic, fun, simple, place to post updates, let clients subscribe to updates, and get information. )
Target Market(s)
I have a group of clients, this website is for communication and not marketing, there is no ecommerce. This is for communicating project status and updates as well as training.

Requirements
Must have
- My project should have a welcome page with a spot for announcements, upcoming events and blog highlights. I would love to have a chat board (monitored)
Nice to have
- A place for support, FAQ, discussion board would be really nice
Should not have
- No ecommerce, no marketing. As I look at the designs, I realize that I would prefer design that does not have people. Showing people in the designs raises issues of inclusion and diversity. I would prefer a site that is focused more on graphical design rather than people design.
