We need a trendy all-over print design to cover the entire t-shirt

Incorporating our logo, some filler shapes/design + the words contained below in "nice to have" will add some character to the overall design.
Please stick to the colours in our logo (with addition of grey and white if needed)

Requirements

Must have

• Predominantly white shirt with red and black contrasts. All-over coverage of t-shirt suitable for sublimation print. The design should communicate fun, fitness and the martial arts. We are family style business, not heavy MMA style.

Nice to have

• Use the curve of the kicking man in our logo for design ideas. Also the words "discipline; focus; confidence; resilience; integrity; self control; leadership; respect; courage" can be used in the design

Should not have

• I've attached a t-shirt design in black/red/white which is a little heavy for my taste. Don't use this style.
