Logo Design Brief

I want to utilize the term Shellback Consulting Services in the naming of my professional talent recruiting business. This is a professional talent recruiting business that is focused on recruiting business professionals, technology professionals and government contract professionals.
A sailing tradition that dates back more than 400 years bestows the name of Shellback to seasoned and experienced sailors who have crossed the equator.
I have provided some examples in the uploaded files is a Shellback Symbol, a navy challenge coin design and some additional Shellback products with examples of their designs.
I am looking to use similar fonts as the ones in the uploaded files, understanding that we cannot copy work. There are also some sailor fonts that may work well with this too.
