Do you need PSD layout only or coding as well?

PSD layout means nothing live. Just some visual layout options.
I will design only PSD layout nothing live and without coding.
I do only design being a designer.

May I participate?

When I signed up I was given the option for 24 hour turnaround, I realise this is completely unreasonable.
