How many pages? in order to calculate the spine of the book to be printed correctly.

hello, thank you for your reply the book has already been written and is an ebook to be downloaded etc from a website. I have written it myself and the title of the book is a beginner,s guide to yoga all I want is a front and back covers designed as I do not want to use stock images etc I hope this helps.
