Stationery Design Brief

Hello,
I have a small construction company that I recently started. I already have the logo but I want to create a letterhead, stationery and business cards for it. I want an elegant design which should feel like a corporate company. Kindly let me know what else you need from my end to start with the design.
I also need digital copies of letterhead so that I can send PDF's directly to clients.
