Logo Design Brief

I want the letters ADV to be the logo. Easily read. Colours roughly purple (or if you think another colour works, please try that).

I think if maybe two of the letters are joined? Or if maybe there's a roof top? Or if the A can be a roof or something? I'm not creative, so just suggest a logo and I'll see if I like it. I don't want it too over the top. Just the letters ADV looking nice.

I want to be able to put the words Property Management alongside the ADV for some advertising, and for other times, I'd like to put the words Property Management below the ADV. So can I have the option of moving these two elements please? In illustrator, I liked the font Magistral for the words Property Management.
