3D Design Brief

i want to build a strip mall with an industrial like design as shown in the attached pictures, the strip mall could be U-shaped or L-shaped with a parking, i dont need a detailed design i just need a simple 3d design so i could apply and rent the land cuz the land is owned by a uni and submitting a design is a prerequisite for the bedding, the land size is 11460 sqm (the allowed built up area is 45% of the land and the remaining is car parking) the land length 60m and the width is 191 m .
