Thanks for your reply. I think what you're requiring is a full working website, I guess? Contests here in DesignCrowd only requires us submit entries without coding/development (working site). Meaning, if you are expecting a full website from this contest, I recommend you ask a customer support from DesignCrowd to clarify things.

But based from your budget and requirement of full working website, you might receive less designs than expected.

I would like to know that this project is for designing only or you require complete programmed(designing + programming) website. If it is for just design than it is fine as the given budget is not sufficient for both parts. So please Rethink about it.
