Logo Design Brief

I need a logo and social media banner for my youtube channel (which has yet to be launched). The channel is going to be about my husband and I - we are both in medical school and newly married, and the focus of the channel will be about medicine and what our lives are like/what it's like finding time for our marriage with such a hectic schedule. I want the theme colors to be orange and blue. I found an auto generated logo I kind of like which I am attaching. My problem with it: It only gets across the married aspect - nothing about it really shows we're going into medicine. I also don't really like how thick the outlines of the bodies are, and the font is just kind of okay. I like the colors, and I am most definitely open to receiving other designs not including what I'm attaching - I just thought it might help spark creativity! I think I prefer more simple designs, but I'm not totally sure. If it helps at all too, I'm thinking about maybe going into medical genetics and he's leaning towards pathology, but the logo doesn't necessarily need to include anything super relevant to that since our interests could change before residency. Again, just trying to give enough info that maybe it can spark some ideas!
