Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for "Team Wildfire". The graphic part should be something like a flame, ideally hombre with darker pink to orange tones ("maybe" some small amount of yellow) with some glow or goldish accents. It should convey strong, yet *slightly* feminine. It should have in smaller position have "powered by eXp realty with the same font size as the Team Wildfire" (see sample attached - in that font. It should be round (see sample). We are a team and our business is growing like wildfire through team work. We sell real estate. It is not necessary to include a house icon, but if you do, neither the house nor any trees should look like or feel like they are on fire.

I would ultimately like one on a black, white and transparent background

• Should easily translate into a smaller use like an avatar or icon
  Would like to possibly have some gold look details (like a matte gold/metallic)

Should not have

• If you incorporate a home of any kind, it should not appear the home or trees are on fire. We are a real estate team (we sell homes) but what is on fire is our business, we are growing fast, like wildfire, but we do not want to give the indication of homes or trees on fire, but that our business has the power, strength and growth of a wildfire
  
  Any logo that does not include some kind of flame (text only) will unfortunately not be considered.
