Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company based in Toronto. Our company's name is MomFlavor Inc. however we are rebranding to La Maison Dates and we need this name to be on the logo. The primary product is gourmet assorted dates but might expand to other date-based products in the future. The Design should communicate "elegance", and "healthy". We need a logo and color palette. We are thinking maybe black, gold and brown but we are open to other ideas. The products are also vegan.
Our tag line is " Elegant and Nutritious in one bite."
