Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo design setup for a Annual Golf Tournament, we would like to put this logo/design on T-shirts, hats, and other giveaways for the participants at the tournament.
This tournament is named after my Brother Scott who was an avid athlete and loved football, basketball, the mountains and people in general. Looking for a clean look, that incorporates his Passions, including something that is golf oriented. Would also like to somehow bring in his Football and Basketball Jersey numbers #88 and #23.
