Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a Wedding/Events Venue I am purchasing. It is 35 acres of rolling hills. It has multiple areas for weddings and events outside on the land as well as in the barn shown in the picture and a 4000 square foot pavilion. The property is full of trees and the entry is a fenced line driveway.
There is also a house on the property.
The current logo is green (#00634f) and gold (#c49e5a) and it is very outdated. I like the green and would like to continue with the green. I am not opposed to the gold but would like either a 3rd color OR an option beside this particular gold.
It is called Green Gables Farm. I want it to be inviting and inspire people to want to celebrate and create memories at our property.
I would like it to say Weddings & Events
