Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new company called "212 Real Estate". Our model is to seek motivated sellers of homes - due to changes in financial situation, divorce, etc. Once a seller is identified, 212 will then purchase the home, remodel it completely, and place it back on the market for sale. The inspiration behind the name is based on the concept of a steam locomotive, and temperature of 212 degrees required to generate sufficient power to set the engine in motion.
