The promotion is: free printer, for a monthly cost you get all the supplies and service included. Its a subscription service for printing. There is 5 plans available.
Prices vary upon printers, most expensive plan is $69.94 a month for a 1 year term and the most affordable plan is $9.95 a month for 3 year term
