Logo Design Brief

we need a logo for a public playing room.
The name of the public playing room is "Regenwetter" which mean rainy weather in english.
The public playing room is for kid from 0 to 7 years where kids can play indoor an where parents can get a coffee and chill while their kids playing around.
It would be good to have an umbrella in the logo or something with rainy weather because of the name. but the logo should be self describing without the name.
