Logo Design Brief
Our project includes the distillation of local fruits such as prickly pears, medlar, cherries, pears, an old variety of plums and grappa, all packed in a sustainable project where the circle closes. there is no waste product. The cherry stones are used to produce warming cushions for the winter with the students and the distilled and fermented fruit is returned to the local farmers as fertilizer. the water that is heated by the distillation is used to heat various houses and cooled and then returned in the cooling process
