-The word "Peak" doesn't refer to mountains, rather means "top-notch", "highest-level", or "best" The image of peaks should be used to communicate these values.
-The peak(s) can incorporate a chimney to refer to housing.

Distressed homeowners, homeowners in distressed situations or with distressed houses.

Must have

• -Image backdropped, so I can use the image file as a backdrop for other projects and change the type in front of it.
  -Image with company name and image without company name.
  -The list on the previous version of my card on the new card.
  -On the card, web address, FB page, and email address, and phone number.
  -Image to fit FB page and other social media.
  -A copy of this webform sent to my email.
  -Glossy front and matte back.
  
  

Nice to have

• -Multiple variations of the type in front of the image, in different places and in different layouts.
  -With tagline and without. Tagline - "Improving lives through empathetic, winning solutions in housing"

Should not have

• -Logo should not have a cluttered look, rather clean and simple.
  -I like the the modern san-serif like the Luxia card.
  -I like the clean look, like the Prestage.
