We need an electronic newsletter design for regular communication from our organization. We require an editable Mailchimp template that must be optimized for use on mobile phones. The primary audiences for the electronic newsletter are professionals in healthy aging, public health, and brain health. Many of the recipients will be American Indian or Alaska Natives or professionals who provide public health services to American Indian or Alaska Native people.
The e-newsletter design should complement the colors of the Healthy Brain Initiative project logo. The project logo and color scheme are attached to this design brief. The logo should be at the top of the page.
Attributes that we’d like to come to mind when people our electronic newsletter and think about our organization: professional, informed, trustworthy, respected, innovative, hopeful, positive, welcoming.
We intend to have a combination of written content, videos, and photos. We also will link to outside content.
The e-newsletter will have the following editable sections:
1. American Indian and Alaska Native Brain Health Resource Center Updates: The purpose of the program updates section is for the organization to feature all of the good work accomplished over the month and to highlight why the organization is a leader in aging and brain health.
2. Community Updates: The purpose of the blog section is to promote approaches, programs, policies, funding, relationships, etc. that advance the Healthy Brain Initiative’s mission and align with the values of organization. This section should make people feel informed, hopeful, and positive. This section will feature photos and should have the ability to feature a video.
3. Advisory Group Feature: The purpose of the Advisory Group Feature section is to highlight the contributions and wealth of experience of our Advisory Group members. This section will feature a photo.
4. Promising Practices: The purpose of the Promising Practices section is to share examples of programs/initiatives/policies that align with the values and mission of the Healthy Brain Initiative. This section should make people feel informed, hopeful, and positive. This section will also feature
5. Featured Resources: The purpose of the featured resources section is to share resources, upcoming events and opportunities for readers to engage in content that further advances the Health Brain Initiative’s mission. This section will include several links to outside content.
6. Where You Can Find Us: The purpose of the “Where You Can Find Us” section is to share the organization’s contact information and additional ways to engage with the organization and related content. This needs to include links to social media platforms and our website.
