Looking for either a completely new logo design or cleaning up current logo design. Current color or open to stylish more colorful

The company name should NOT include the LLC designation as shown in the sample.

We like the current logo which includes the name and a custom symbol, but the logo is a bit too busy and the text - especially in the ring of the symbol and the tag line often becomes too small to be legible.
