Logo Design Brief

This company is a downtown, modern home/condo staging company. We stage primarily condo units sized 300sf-2000sf. Furniture is modern (CB2/Rove Concepts/Structube) type furniture. The purpose of home staging is to make units give potential buyers an absolute wow-factor when they walk through the doors. The goal is to make a home look like someone imagines their new house will look when they move in and buy new furniture for the space. I like designs that are more simplistic - modern hand-written type logos seem to grab my attention more, but am open to other ideas. Black/whites - elegant yet modern.
