Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Texas called "Qube Property Development". The company niche is buying under utilized land and develop new residential and commercial properties.

The name Qube is a word play by integrating the letter "Q" into the "cube" word. So design wise we would like the logo to be essentially a cube. It can be literally or not, but always referring to a cube.

Geometrical, line design, monochromatic pallet, modern look, are some of the ideas we have in mind but not close to other ideas. Color options for designs could include the next : White, Black, Blue & Orange

The final design should communicate investment safety and stability.
