The widht shall be no more than 580 px for all email clients to work with.
And I would like to emphasize that it shall fllow a modern, creative design :)

I have a couple of other questions and requests for you:

I really like the line drawing artwork of the hotel in your flash introduction, and would like to incorperate it into the header or footer for the newsletters (if thats ok with you?), therefore would it be possible to receive a copy of that image please.

Also do you have a post script (eps file) version of your logo, if so please would you also send that.

For the restaurant newsletter - I'd like to use your BORDOO restaurant logo if possible, again please would you be able to send me a copy.

For the feast newsletter - After looking at your website in more detail, I can find no mention of "feast", please can you tell me what this newsletter is to convey to your guests? so I can select the right image, at the moment you use the piano image from the piano suite I'm guessing, do you want to keep this image for the "feast" newsletter?

Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately we have limited source materials, we can only use the image set that I sent you plus the images that are on the website right now. We would like to have general newsletters and very modert style, probably the drawing artwork might lead us to the opposite direction, but please correct me if I am wrong.
The feast newsletter is to market special restaurant happenings, so an appropriate image shall be put into place.
