Logo Design Brief

New logo for the DeKalb County ETSB, to include the words Police - Fire - EMS - NextGen 9-1-1 and possibly Emergency Dispatch on a U.S. flag background. Please see the attached document for an example and details on what we are looking to do. We want to use the U.S. flag as a background, but not necessarily in the triangle format as provided; it can be elongated so it makes more of a horizontal logo, suitable for across the top of a page. Above the 911 we would want to add the word NextGen, and include hyphens between the numbers: 9-1-1. We would want to shorten DISPATCHER to DISPATCH, and if there’s room in a more elongated logo, the words EMERGENCY DISPATCH. We are thinking the text on the flag logo might look better in gold, which is also the color that represents emergency dispatch.
