Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company based in Dallas, TX called 'One Hundred Life Coaching & Consulting'. We provide life coaching that helps move people forward in their lives. Our services promote mind, body and spiritual growth and development, as well as empowers our clients to follow their own unique path in life. We help clients break through the barriers that challenge them to live their best lives! In addition, we offer men's retreats and life coaching that helps men grow in all areas of their lives. Last, we are extremely motivational and plan on starting a podcast soon.
The color scheme should communicate a feeling that makes people want to move forward, feel motivated and excited to change their lives.

We love the current design but we need it to be more high quality, detailed and unique. Please keep the arrow from the original design.
