Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our new renovation company called "Craft Manor Construction". We work with our clients to design and renovate homes for the future. Our preliminary company colours include blue and grey. We would like to see 2 shades of blue, a lighter and darker, we are open to different shades or colours if the designer has other ideas. The design should communicate a clear understanding of what we do and show the customer the level of professional and seriousness we have for our work.

We would be open for a sub text on the logo like "Design | Build" or "Home Renovations" or "General Contractors". This is not necessary but like mentioned we are open to ideas.
