Graphic Design Brief

I would like a design for vitamin and supplements website that will only stock the very best products. These vitamins will expensive. It needs to look distinct from the various vitamin, health and beauty websites. It needs to be simple and elegant, unisex, and with a mild/slight scientific feel. I will be choosing my products that are sold on my site based on great reviews and the tested science behind the products. This rigour should be reflected in the look and feel of the site.

I have a separate project for the coding the website, however I need further ideas on the design itself.
