Illustration Design Brief

Using the attached watercolors for style match, the photograph of the woman in glasses should be illustrated in a similar watercolor style. Can be raster or vector. Will need to be a minimum pixel dimension of 1400px x 1700px.

NOTE: The background behind the woman should be able to be removed in a separate layer.

File should be either Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop with layers.
